ABB Harnessflex has expanded its EVO™ range with the launch of the new Harnessflex EVO Metallic Conduit, developed specifically for mining and heavy electric vehicle applications. This advanced conduit is now available through AES.

Built to perform in the most demanding environments, the Harnessflex EVO Metallic Conduit is liquid-resistant and designed with a low fire hazard profile, making it ideal for use in mining, construction, and other high-risk settings. Manufactured from covered galvanised steel, it provides superior mechanical protection and reliable performance under extreme conditions.

The Harnessflex EVO™ range offers robust, flexible solutions for high voltage wiring in electric vehicles. The galvanised steel variants are engineered to meet the stringent requirements of electric powertrains and high-voltage systems, ensuring mechanical strength and environmental resistance.

Also available in the range is the Harnessflex EVO™ conduit in tough nylon (PA6), a lightweight, non-metallic alternative. It combines excellent flexibility with high impact resistance and long fatigue life, while offering strong resistance to oils, solvents and extreme temperatures. This makes it ideal for applications where space, weight and corrosion resistance are critical.
