AES Battery Guard MOSFET AES-BGM40 40A 12/24V

£56.94 inc VAT - £47.45 exc VAT

The AES-BGM40 Battery Guard is a microprocessor-controlled, solid-state switch designed to protect batteries from excessive discharge or overvoltage. Using advanced MOSFET technology, it offers reliable, efficient control of power to connected loads in both 12V and 24V systems, with automatic voltage detection.

The unit constantly monitors battery voltage and activates an alarm output if the voltage drops too low for more than 15 seconds. This output can be connected to a buzzer or indicator lamp. If the voltage remains low for another 60 seconds, the Battery Guard disconnects the load to prevent deep discharge. In the case of excessive voltage, it disconnects the load immediately and triggers an alternating alarm signal. Compact and dependable, this device includes overload, short circuit and overvoltage protection, and allows user-adjustable undervoltage thresholds.

AES Battery Guard MOSFET AES-BGM60 60A 12/24V

The AES-BGM60 Battery Guard is a high-capacity, microprocessor-controlled MOSFET switch designed to protect batteries in both 12V and 24V systems. It prevents deep discharge and overvoltage damage by continuously monitoring battery voltage and automatically disconnecting connected loads when critical thresholds are reached.

When the battery voltage falls below a preset level for more than 15 seconds, the unit activates an alarm output, which can be linked to a buzzer or indicator light. If the voltage remains low for a further 60 seconds, the load is disconnected to protect the battery. In the event of excessive voltage, the load is immediately disconnected and the alarm alternates on and off. With automatic voltage detection, robust short-circuit and overload protection, and a user-adjustable undervoltage setting, the AES-BGM60 offers reliable performance for high-demand applications.
