AES Battery Guard MOSFET AES-BGM40 40A 12/24V
The AES-BGM40 Battery Guard is a microprocessor-controlled, solid-state switch designed to protect batteries from excessive discharge or overvoltage. Using advanced MOSFET technology, it offers reliable, efficient control of power to connected loads in both 12V and 24V systems, with automatic voltage detection.
The unit constantly monitors battery voltage and activates an alarm output if the voltage drops too low for more than 15 seconds. This output can be connected to a buzzer or indicator lamp. If the voltage remains low for another 60 seconds, the Battery Guard disconnects the load to prevent deep discharge. In the case of excessive voltage, it disconnects the load immediately and triggers an alternating alarm signal.
Compact and dependable, this device includes overload, short circuit and overvoltage protection, and allows user-adjustable undervoltage thresholds.
