We aim to ship products as quickly as possible. If an order is received before 3 p.m. for any items we hold in stock, dispatch will be the same day.

For all stocked items we can usually pick and pack for dispatch the same day or next morning.

For items we do not hold in stock, we try our upmost to dispatch the items within 2 – 3 working days. However, we will advise of any changes in lead time by email or phone.

We hold a huge range of Harnessflex items in stock. However, any non stocked items, or out of stock items, can usually be obtained rapidly.

Yes. We offer bespoke labeling and packaging on all products.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within the time as stated at the point of order please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Inform both the carrier and us immediately. Retain the damaged packaging in case the carrier needs to see it. We will organise replacement goods and take care of the problem from there on.
